Privacy

With Facebook privacy, we focused less on trying to keep copy concise, and more on making sure it was clear how your information was being shared. And then prioritizing a reassuring tone that wasn't alarmist.

Reporting 

it took a year of qualitative research and partnering with social scientists from University of California at Berkeley to get to this first iteration of and end-to-end flow that helped users whose photos didn't violate community standards, get them removed by asking the person who posted it.

Sharing

The complexity that comes with sharing content made it important to focus on the messaging hierarchy and information architecture to capture all of the associated information and the control you had over it.
